For enquiries and bookings we process name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, apartment, invoice address, optional messages, booking status and payment status.

For cancellations we process the booking reference and the email address entered for verification.

Technically, IP address, access time, browser information and requested pages may be processed so that the website can be delivered securely.

Booking and contact data are processed to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform the contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Invoice and tax-relevant data are processed due to legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Technical security, log and analytics data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Bookings are stored in the Channel Manager. Calendar entries, booking status, payment status and prepared messages for confirmations or cancellations are also created there.

Emails are prepared and sent through the email service used by the operator.

Payment details are not stored permanently by this website. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe; PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. The payment providers receive the data required for payment processing.

The booking page uses the browser’s session storage so that guest details entered during the booking flow are not lost when travel dates are adjusted. These data remain local in the browser and are removed after a successful booking.

Interactive OpenStreetMap maps are not loaded automatically; they are loaded only after you click “Load map”. Only then can technically necessary access data be transmitted to OpenStreetMap servers. The “Directions” or “Open map” button opens Google Maps in a new tab; data is transmitted to Google only when you click that link.

This website uses Umami Analytics via analytics.hamburg-nord-apartments.de to measure reach and improve the website. Technical usage data such as page views, referrer, browser/device information, timestamps and shortened or technically necessary IP information may be processed. The integration does not set marketing cookies.

Booking and invoice data are retained in accordance with statutory retention periods. Enquiry or communication data that are no longer required are deleted once they are no longer needed for the relevant purpose.

Technical log, security and analytics data are retained only for as long as required for operation, security, reach measurement and traceability.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
