House rules

A few rules help all guests share the building comfortably. The German house rules remain the authoritative version; this English page is provided for convenience.

Quiet and consideration

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

Parties, events and loud music are not permitted.

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

Non-smoking building and pets

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or in any apartment.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly confirmed in writing in advance.

Access and security

The access code is personal and must not be shared.

When leaving, please close the windows, switch off the lights and pull the door shut behind you.

Emergencies or technical problems should be reported immediately.

Cleanliness and waste

Please treat the apartment and inventory with care.

Waste must be separated. Information is provided in the apartment or in the guest guide.
