Terms and conditions
These terms describe the direct booking process and the use of the apartments. The German terms remain the authoritative version; this English page is provided for convenience.
Booking and conclusion of contract
The booking applies to the selected apartment, the stated period and the stated number of guests.
When the booking is completed through the website, it is created in the system, subject to successful technical availability checks and payment processing.
Changes to dates, apartment or number of guests may change price and availability.
Prices and payment
Once travel dates, number of guests and apartment have been selected, prices are shown to consumers as total prices. The total price includes VAT and mandatory ancillary costs, especially final cleaning.
Where individual components such as accommodation and final cleaning are shown separately, the total price remains highlighted.
Payment is made during the booking process by credit card or PayPal.
After successful payment, booking confirmation and payment information are provided.
Withdrawal and cancellation
For accommodation services for a specific date or period, there is generally no statutory consumer right of withdrawal under Section 312g(2) No. 9 German Civil Code (BGB).
Irrespective of this, the cancellation conditions shown on the website apply. Currently, cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours before arrival.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out is until 11:00.
The personal access code is sent by email before arrival and must not be passed on to third parties.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Use of the apartment
The apartment may only be used by the booked number of guests.
Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted anywhere in the building.
Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 must be observed.
Damage and liability
Damage, loss of inventory or technical problems must be reported immediately.
Guests are liable for culpably caused damage in accordance with statutory provisions.
The operator’s liability is governed by statutory provisions.
